Information on shipping and processing the order

The processing time of the delivery is a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment.

Deliveries within Germany   are made by DHL parcel or Warenpost with tracking number. We normally expect a delivery time of 2-4 days. Shipping costs are €2.90 per order.  From a value of 100 €  per order, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries within the EU are made by DHL Parcel International or Warenpost International   with tracking number.  We normally assume a delivery time of at least 5 days. Shipping costs are 8,99  € per order.  From a value of goods of 150 € per order, shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries outside of the EU are made by DHL Parcel International or Warenpost International   with tracking number.  We    Shipping costs are 15,99  € per order.  

The Lego assortments are delivered in foil bags.

Note on shipping abroad

Shipping is always from Germany. Deliveries from Germany to non-European and non-EU countries may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the displayed base price.

Right of withdrawal

In principle, the consumer has a right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving reasons and to return the shipped goods to us. We will refund the invoice amount within 7 working days.
